Ballyhoo Hot Sauce started in 2017 when Syd’s food truck would serve at the brewery Gavin worked at. Gavin gave Syd a sample of a fermented habanero hot sauce that he wanted him to try. Syd fell in love with it and said they should bottle it! Now they have a full line of hot sauces focuses on pairing well with food and adds the perfect amount of heat without burning your face off.
