Registration for Seattle Restaurant Week Spring 2024 Opens February 5!
Seattle Restaurant Week is a bi-annual prix fixe dining promotion that gives diners a unique chance to celebrate and support the greater Seattle area’s culinary community, highlighting its craft, diversity, resilience, and great food.

Event Dates
- Spring 2024 | April 14-27
- Deadline to upload menu(s): April 7
- Restaurants must participate for the full two weeks but they may choose to offer their Seattle Restaurant Week menu(s) during select participation days and hours only. You must note participation days/hours on your profile page.
What’s in it for you?
- Promotion through a regional multi-media campaign, including digital content, print, radio, transit ads, and pole posters. Media partners include Seattle Met, The Stranger, Intentionalist, Do206, KEXP, and more
- Increased visits, higher check averages, and introduction to new customers
- A dedicated profile page on srweek.org
- A promotional toolkit for your channels
What’s involved?
- All eating establishments in the greater Seattle area are eligible to participate, including restaurants, bars, cafes, food trucks, caterers, and pop-ups.
- Participating establishments provide at least one unique menu at a fixed price over the course of the promotion. You may choose from $20, $35, $50, or $65 for any menu.
- Your prix fixe menu can include whatever format works for you, whether that is an in-house three-course meal, selection of small plates, or a cocktails-and-bites special. Prices do not require a discount and can be per person or inclusive of multiple servings.
- You can offer the dining option of your choice, including in-house and outdoor dining, takeout, delivery, and ready-to-heat meals.
- Opportunity to raise funds for restaurants providing free meals to community members in need, either through support for your own community kitchen or as a donation to Good Food Kitchens.
Participation Costs
- Participation fee is $250*
- A limited number of media packages are available for purchase to increase your visibility during the promotion. Media packages offering additional visibility will be available for purchase at registration. Placements include a feature in an article in Seattle Met, video production with amplification through Reels by Do206, SRW Instagram posts, SRW newsletter features, and more. - You may also provide complimentary gift cards, in-house packaged foods, and merchandise for use in promotional contests for additional visibility.
*A limited number of scholarships are available with support from sponsors to waive the participation fee for businesses for whom it poses a barrier. If a fee waiver would make it possible for your business to participate, please apply for one here: Fee Waiver Application
How to Register
- If you have participated in any campaign between 2020-2023, Edit Profile and Make Payment to register. You will need to review your profile as new questions have been added. Selecting Update Profile will signal your intent to register. Make your payment to complete registration. Your profile will not be published until we have received your payment.
- If you did not participate between 2020-2023, click on Register to complete your registration form and make your payment.
- If you do not recall the email address you used to log in, please contact us at gro.doogelttaes@wrs. We can help you out!
- Please allow up to 24 business hours for your profile to be published particularly as we near deadlines. Our system is not fully automated and must be reviewed by staff. Please be patient as we work to onboard everyone!
- Deadline to register is March 24. Participation may be accepted after this date, but only restaurants who meet the deadline will be considered for additional earned and paid media promotion. No profiles will be added after the promotion start date. Your menu is not required by the registration date.
- Deadline to upload menu(s) is April 7. If your menu(s) has not been uploaded by this time, we will remove your profile from the site until it has been uploaded.
Multiple Locations
If you have multiple locations please follow the below instructions.
This process will allow you to have one login email address and access all venues in one location. If you have any questions on this process please contact us at gro.doogelttaes@wrs.
1. Fill out a registration form for your first location, create your login details and click “Submit”.
2. Log into your account.
3. Select “Add Restaurant Profile” to add another restaurant.

Seattle Restaurant Week is a promotion of Seattle Good Business Network, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that connects and inspires people to buy, produce, and invest locally, so that everyone has a meaningful stake in the local economy. Seattle Restaurant Week is a part of the Good Food Economy program, which connects the Puget Sound food community to strengthen the local food chain and build a resilient, sustainable, and just local food economy.
