Good Food Kitchens provides funds directly to restaurants to prepare meals for those in need, helping to keep their doors open and workers employed safely. Participation in the Buy One, Give One program would require that you add an option to add a $10 donation (average costs to prepare and serve a community meal) to one or more SRW menu items for an additional $10 (e.g. $30 total for lunch, $45 or $60 total for dinner) for you to use for your own community kitchen program, or if you do not have one, to Good Food Kitchens.

If you are not familiar with Quorn, they create meat-free products. The main ingredient in all Quorn products is mycoprotein, a naturally sourced meat-free super protein high in fiber, soy-free, and non-GMO. Quorn will provide venues all products free of charge and reimburse ingredients used. Quorn would also provide promotion, as would Seattle Restaurant Week.
